These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CODIUM Notification Service ("Service"), operated by CODIUM ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
The Service integrates with Google Chat™ and Microsoft Teams™ to support notification delivery and workflow-related messages for CODIUM’s digital services, including but not limited to e-Memo and other CODIUM enterprise solutions.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.
2.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes, including receiving and managing notifications related to CODIUM services through supported chat platforms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with these Terms, applicable laws, and relevant third-party agreements.
5.1 No Guarantee
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.2 Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without prior notice.
6.1 Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODIUM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for operational or legal reasons.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be indicated by revising the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
