The Service integrates with Google Chat™ and Microsoft Teams™ to deliver notifications and workflow-related messages for
CODIUM’s digital services, including but not limited to e-Memo and other CODIUM enterprise solutions.

for up to 1 day solely for service operation, troubleshooting, and
message delivery purposes

account with CODIUM systems using a registration token
- Notification Delivery: To send approval, workflow, and system
notifications related to CODIUM services

- Message Processing: Temporary storage of chatbot messages (up to 1
day) to ensure correct functionality and reliable delivery
We do not use your personal data for advertising, marketing, or user
profiling purposes.

- With CODIUM systems and services: User identifiers and registration
tokens are used solely for notification subscription and message delivery
