The Service integrates with Google Chat™ and Microsoft Teams™ to deliver notifications and workflow-related messages for CODIUM’s digital services, including but not limited to e-Memo and other CODIUM enterprise solutions.

  • Email Address: Used to identify you and associate your account with CODIUM services
  • First Name and Last Name: Used for identification and personalization
  • User ID: Used to link your chat account with CODIUM systems
  • Chat Messages: Messages sent to the chatbot are temporarily stored for up to 1 day solely for service operation, troubleshooting, and message delivery purposes

  • Service Provision: To connect your Google Chat™ or Microsoft Teams™ account with CODIUM systems using a registration token
  • Notification Delivery: To send approval, workflow, and system notifications related to CODIUM services
  • Communication: To contact you regarding service-related updates or operational issues
  • Message Processing: Temporary storage of chatbot messages (up to 1 day) to ensure correct functionality and reliable delivery

We do not use your personal data for advertising, marketing, or user profiling purposes.


4. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With CODIUM systems and services: User identifiers and registration tokens are used solely for notification subscription and message delivery
  • Legal Compliance: When required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal requests

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
